Absolutely! We accept payment plans of 2/4/6 instalments [or upfront if that’s more your style]. The only requirement is that all instalments must be paid before the final files are delivered.

You get two revision rounds. That said, since we opened our doors in 2016, 94% of jobs have required zero revisions.

You get two revision rounds, to make sure you're happy with the final design. If for some reason the final design still feels misaligned, we’ll take the project back to the discovery phase to see what went wrong, and even start from scratch if we decide that’s required.

Yes. Unlike other designers, we'll consider a slight refresh of your existing logo if it’s working for you. Sometimes, all you need is a minor change, and then we can expand the new logo into a whole visual system for you. Contact us if you think a logo tweak is what you need, so we can discuss it before you book in your package.

We accept limited Custom Brand Design Package projects per quarter, to ensure clients receive our full creative attention throughout the process. Typically, we can start within one month of the inquiry, but do reach out and see what our availability is like if you’re worried.

The Custom Brand Design Package suits professional services businesses that are already successful, and are now ready to upgrade from their old look to high-quality visual communication aimed at their ideal client.

We value your time, so we’ve refined our process to minimise your workload.
Part 1: Onboarding. You’ll attend a discovery call and complete the straightforward brand questionnaire before day one.
Part 2: Presentation time! We'll jump on a 15-minute Zoom call to present your new brand and walk you through it.
Part 3: Feedback (optional). If there's something you're not happy with, let us know so we can make the necessary changes.

That's not possible. Your deposit secures your project in our timeline and stops other parties taking your spot. If you cancel, it's only fair we get reimbursed for the missed work we turned down while your spot was secured. Thanks for understanding and respecting our time.

Yes! While our entire process is digital, we've refined it so it's nice and simple. Every step of the way, we'll email you with clear instructions of what's required from you. If you can type into a Google/Word document and click a link to activate a Zoom call — you're good to go!
